The personal data will be processed in order to participate in ongoing recruitment processed, and in the case of additional consent being provided, also for the needs of recruitment processes conducted in the future by DP Polska S.A. In the event of recruitment being carried out by a subsidiary from corporate group, i.e., Dominium S.A., the personal data shall be provided to the subsidiary on the basis of the same legal grounds as those on which the data is processed by the Administrator. In the event of recruitment where the preferred form of employment is a civil law contract, the legal grounds for processing your data is the consent given by means of sending data using the above mentioned form , as well as taking up action on request of the candidate prior to concluding the contract (Article 6 paragraph 1 (a and b) of the European Parliament and Council Regulation No. 2016/679).
